Veolia Landfill Pass Application - A landfill pass is available for all Salem Township residents. Those who rent property in Salem Township will need to have the landlord apply on their behalf.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN VISITING THE LANDFILL:
Please remember that you are allowed to only dispose of your own household refuse.
The landfill will not accept household hazardous waste since it could contaminate drinking water.
Please keep your children in your vehicle for their own safety when at the landfill.
In the resident's drop off area please do not overfill the dumpster's.

Complaint Form - This form can be used to file complaints for either a building or zoning violation

Charter Communication - Please use this form when a written report is needed for Charter Communication

Burn Permit - Read the attached ordinance, fill out the form online, and bring to the township hall for validation

This act, for which this form was created, allows for the full or partial disclosure of previously unreleased information and documents controlled by the United States Government. The Act defines agency records subject to disclosure, outlines mandatory disclosure procedures and grants nine exemptions to the statute. Building Permit Form - All new construction shall be permitted by filing this form with the Building Department

Electrical Permit Form - New construction that requires a electrical permit based on the Michigan Residential Building Code and NEC 2009

Mechanical Permit Form - New construction that requires a mechanical permit based on the Michigan Residential Building Code

Plumbing Permit Form - New construction that requires a plumbing permit based on the Michigan Residential Building Code

Fire Department Employment Form - Potential applicants should complete this form for consideration for employment
